Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about collision repair, insurance claims, our process, and our locations.
Getting an Estimate
How do I get a free estimate?
You can bring your vehicle to either of our locations during business hours, or submit photos through our online Photo Estimate tool. We’ll provide a detailed estimate at no cost.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No appointment is needed for in-person estimates. Walk-ins are welcome at both our Colorado Springs and Fillmore locations during business hours.
Can I get an estimate without filing an insurance claim?
Yes. We provide free estimates regardless of whether you plan to file an insurance claim. Many customers want to understand the cost before deciding.
The Repair Process
How long will my repair take?
Repair time depends on the damage. Minor cosmetic repairs may take 2-3 days; major structural work can take 2-3 weeks. We give you a timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout.
Do you provide rental car assistance?
We can coordinate with your insurance company for rental car coverage. Many policies include rental reimbursement. We can also connect you with our preferred rental partners.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a written lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. See our Warranty page for full details.
Will my car be the same after repair?
Our goal is to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition. With OEM-certified technicians and manufacturer-approved parts and procedures, your vehicle will meet the same safety and quality standards as when it left the factory.
Insurance & Claims
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all major insurance companies. We handle the claims process, communicate with adjusters, and submit supplements to make sure your repair is fully covered.
Can my insurance company make me use a different shop?
No. Under Colorado law, you have the right to choose your repair facility. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific shop. See our Insurance page for your full rights.
What if the repair costs more than the estimate?
If additional damage is discovered during repair, we document it and submit a supplement to your insurance company. We never proceed with additional work without approval.
Our Locations
What's the difference between your two locations?
Our Colorado Springs Main Campus carries the full range of collision repair services with the broadest OEM certification coverage. Our Fillmore facility handles electric vehicles (Rivian certified), high-performance vehicles (C8 Corvette), and professional bedliner applications.
Do I need to go to a specific location?
Both locations handle full collision repair. For Rivian, C8 Corvette, or bedliner work, we recommend Fillmore. For everything else, either location works.
